Ivy Bank in Tenby impressed me with its immaculate cleanliness and thoughtful decor. The room felt fresh and new, and I appreciated the modern bathroom. A nice touch was the complimentary tea and coffee facilities, always replenished. It took just a short stroll of about four minutes to reach the town, making it a perfect base for exploring. One downside was that the bed was quite uncomfortable, which affected my sleep quality. I found it a bit intrusive when the owner entered the room unexpectedly during my stay without prior notice. Communication about this step would have made me feel more secure about my belongings. Despite the issues, the warm welcome from the host and the peaceful location made the overall experience enjoyable.

The room was utterly immaculately clean right when I stepped inside. I adored the spacious bathroom, which had a fantastic shower with plentiful hot water. Its location was perfect. I could enjoy the tranquility of a residential street while being just a short walk from town.

Unclear why rooms are entered during the stay!!! This policy should be communicated beforehand to ensure guest security. the walkway to the entrance could benefit from some maintenance. It's not welcoming as it could be!!!

A perfect cozy getaway

We had a delightful two-night stay in a beautiful and clean room with thoughtful decor that really enhanced our experience. It was only a short walk to both the railway station and downtown, making it super convenient. The owners were exceptionally warm and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. One minor improvement would be to have some facilities available for times when you aren't out exploring.
